My Special place

My Special place is my batch because I can do stuff with my family like fishing, getting rock lobsters under a rock, playing rugby and sport with my family and friends. When I'm sometimes bored I go see people like Stefan, Ollie, George, jack and Angus at the Christian Camp down the road where he stays with his family and friends. Sometimes I go hunting in the middle of the night with my Dad and his friends and we get animals. We also go eeling and I get my fishing rod and Hamish my friend next door comes with me a lot. Sometimes they have dinner with my family. Most of the time  Hamish, Bridget, Shannon and I play spot light. Other times Stefan, Ollie, George, and Angus come over. Once Stefan asked if he could have a go on the motorbike and I said yes. Stefan did a humongous skid in our backyard.

My Holiday story

‘RING’ ‘RING’ ‘RING!’ The alarm went off it was 10: 00 in the morning I was wide awake. Me and my freinds and my Dad all got our gear for the big journey. It is a big walk and I think it is worth it. We all set of and it was a beautiful view from the ground. When we got to are paua spot the sea was as flat as a pancake. We got in our wet suits and jumped it the water with a knife. We all got a paua and a feed. We also got some crayfish at waist deep water that day. I was so happy because I got my first crayfish with my own bare hands! I pulled it up and I said haray haray! I got my crayfish I was so proud. I put it in the sack and I got 1 more paua in a few minutes. We got out of the water and we counted the paua. We had 33 paua together between six people. We went back into the water and we went towards are crayfish rock and we go 3 crayfish. We came back and in land and we set off to go home.

John Roil bush man!

Intro I will tell you what you will need to take to camp in the bush. You will need. Thick socks, plastic bags, map, training and many more interesting things. Woolen socks you will need woolen socks because you can get blisters and cuts are very sore feet. Map You will need a map because if you and your friends get lost you will suddenly know your way out.. Plastic bags if you get your clothes get wet they will not get socked because your clothes will have 1 or 2 bags on top so they don't get wet. Training You should train every day so you get fit. If you are going on a big walk and you can't make it you should really do some fitness. Rules These rules will help you for when you're lost, if you don't know what to do in a situation. like if you get lost don’t walk around just sit down stay put and hug a tree. John explained to us that it is important to stick to these rules because something bad could happen.
